I am asking that all members of the 36th Guam Legislature please vote in support of ResolutionNo. 464-36 (LS), to protect Guam’s precious water resources, particularly our sole source of drinking water, the Northern Guam Lens Aquifer (NGLA), from potential lead contamination caused by the Navy’s Live-Fire Training Range Complex (LFTRC) which operates above the pristine aquifer.
